Drive inside the Main Gate and park in the big parking lot on the left. The Christmas Party is in the big Sparkman Building on the I-55 side of the Museum grounds. Starts at 5:30pm. The meats are provided by Country Meat Packers just bring a side or desert.

Meeting are located at the MS Ag and Forestry Museum Heritage Exhibit Center Auditorium. Go through the main front gate and park near the building.
Social Gathering Time will begin at 6 pm. The meeting will start at 6:30 till 8:00 pm with the business section of the meeting at the beginning with discussions on beekeeping or a program following which sometimes includes a guest speaker.
